Concorde - End of an era!
A world-wide Icon, Concorde was sadly retired from service in October 2003. She flew 2.5 million people at 1,350mph and 11 miles high over her working life. Developed and manufactured jointly by Britain and France, Concorde was the only passenger airliner to reach Mach 2. She was built for speed with aero-dynamic narrow fuselage and delta wing and was powered by four Rolls-Royce/SNECMA/Olympus engines. The legend lives on in our commemorataive models and accessories!

2006 Spitfire 70th Anniversary
R J Mitchell’s classic fighter, designed in the 1930s, made its first flight ion March 5, 1936 and was to go on to be built in a multitude of different marks and to fulfil a wide variety of roles. Without doubt it is best remembered for its heroics, alongside the Hawker Hurricane and of course flown by the brave ‘few’, during the Battle of Britain in the summer of 1940.
